Surf Connect Co. is not responsible for any injury or medical issue that arises while surfing with our coaches. We suggest you take out extensive travel insurance that covers medical costs.
Hospital fees in Bali start at $200 AUD for a tourist, so we suggest your travel insurance excess is not too high.
Surf Connect Co. allows you to leave valuables with a reputable carer when you’re surfing, however we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
The following refunds will be provided ONY if the client is unable to re-schedule their lesson.
Clients will obtain a FULL refund when:
- We are notified of cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the lesson.
Clients will obtain a 50% refund when:
- We are notified of cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the lesson. This is because our coach may have had to pass up on other sessions, and we don’t want them out of pocket.
If a lesson is cancelled due to unsafe swell/weather conditions we will give you an option of moving your lesson date to a more suitable day or giving a full refund if you are unable to be flexible with days/times of your lesson.
If water and weathers conditions become unsafe during the activity, the instructor may modify the activity and undertake activities on the shore rather than in the water, or the activity may be rescheduled for another time.
If the client has paid for a package, the refund will be based on the lessons already delivered at the non-discounted lesson price less the total amount paid.
If the client advises the instructor of a medical condition such that the instructor decides that it would be unsafe for the client to participate in the activity, a full refund will be offered as per notice times above.
Must be used by use by date unless other arrangements have been made.
No refund is offered once the gift voucher has been issued, however the gift vouchers are transferable to other people.
